Terms and Conditions
Prices and Rates
- All published rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT and applicable taxes.
- Promotional or special rates are only valid for reservations made through our official website: www.aytana.com.mx.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Reservations and PaymentsReservations must be confirmed with 100% payment prior to arrival.
- At the time of booking, complete cardholder information will be requested, including a copy of their official ID and the credit card used to make the payment, to avoid chargebacks.
- Upon check-in, the cardholder's signature will be required on the corresponding voucher.
Check-in and Check-out Policies
- Schedules
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm
- Check-out: before 11:00 am
- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Deposit Guarantee
- At check-in, a credit card authorization for $10,000 MXN per reservation will be placed as a security deposit, which is releasable at check-out if no damage or missing items are found.
- Reservation Extension Policy
- Stay extensions are subject to availability and applicable rates may vary.
- Accommodation Policy Maximum Occupancy
- Rates are designed for a standard occupancy of 4 people, with a maximum of 6 people allowed per unit (including adults and children).
- Additional guests will be charged at $800 MXN per night, subject to maximum capacity.
- Accommodation with Minors
- Minors are welcome under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
- Pets
- A maximum of two small or mini pets (e.g., Chihuahua or Pomeranian) or one medium or large pet (e.g., Labrador or Golden Retriever) are allowed per unit, with an additional charge of $600 MXN per night.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas; failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- They must remain under supervision at all times, may not be left alone in their rooms, and must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- In the event of damage or disturbance caused by the pet, the owner will be responsible for covering any costs incurred. If the pet's behavior causes disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet and its guardian without reimbursement.
- Guest Behavior
- All guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.
- Unacceptable behavior includes excessive noise, intoxication, or offensive behavior toward other guests or employees.
- Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of stay, without refund.
Parking Policies
- Availability
- The hotel offers free parking for its guests, subject to availability.
- We are not responsible for damage or theft that occurs in the parking lot.
Billing policies
- If you require a CFDI invoice, please send your information to info@aytana.com.mx within 48 hours of checkout.
Exonerations and compensations
- Force Majeure
- The hotel will not be liable for non-performance due to force majeure, including natural disasters, social unrest, or utility outages.
- Compensation for Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel and must cover the costs prior to check-out.
No-Show and Cancellation PolicyFree Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your reservation at least 42 days prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- Flexible Booking: If you need to cancel between 42 days and 72 hours before your arrival, we'll provide you with a voucher for the full amount of your original reservation, valid for future reservations within the next 6 months.
- Cancellations within the Last 72 Hours: Cancellations made within the last 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of one night. The remaining amount will be converted into a credit voucher that can be used on future reservations within the next 6 months.
- Cancellations During Your Stay: Nights cancelled after the start of your stay will not be refundable and will not generate credits or vouchers.
- Peak Season Non-Refundable: Reservations during Peak Season, which includes Christmas, New Year's, Easter, and long weekends or holidays, are non-refundable.
- *It is suggested that you purchase travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.*
- Dynamic Rate and Pricing PolicyAt Aytana-Luxury Living, we use a dynamic rate system, which means our prices may vary depending on demand, season, and availability. These rates are constantly adjusted to offer the best combination of price and value at any given time. When you make a reservation, you lock in the current rate. Please note: If rates decrease after your reservation, we will not be able to offer refunds or price adjustments.
- Likewise, if rates increase after your booking, you will not be charged the difference.
- If you wish to change the dates of your stay, rates may vary, and any price difference must be paid at the time of the change.
No Show Policy
- There are no refunds for no-shows or date changes.
